Victoria Choong is the Director of Finance and Operations at New York University’s Center on International Cooperation (CIC).
Prior to joining CIC, she was the Director of Finance and Operations at Global Health Corps, a non-profit organization that promotes health equity through leadership development. Her purview included financial accounting, grants management, technology, and general operations. She was also a member of the leadership team responsible for the strategic direction of the organization’s finances and operations.
Her career started at the Institute of International Education (IIE), a non-profit organization that supports educational, professional, and cultural exchanges around the world, and later at Open Society Foundations, which focuses on building civil societies through its work in human rights, social justice, transparency, and accountability.
She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Baruch College. She is a notary public in New York State.
