Use whatever remaining leverage you have—recognition; high level diplomatic engagement; regional cooperation mechanisms; sanctions; targeted economic embargoes against Taliban leadership—strategically to make the Taliban accountable to the promises they have made to respect our rights and to be inclusive.”
