As member states look ahead to the Summit of the Future, authors outline key recommendations for a new approach to peace operations, which include managing ambitious mandates, fostering comprehensive and flexible peace operation approaches, tapping the potential of partnerships, taking mission transitions into consideration, and having adequate resourcing.
