Carlos Brown Solà is an Atlantic Fellow for Social and Economic Equity-Center on International Cooperation Visiting Fellow, hosted by the Center on International Cooperation (CIC) at New York University.
Carlos is a Mexican political economist and is currently the Programs Director at Oxfam México, overseeing the four strategic programs of the organization: Gender Justice and Care, Fiscal Justice, Climate Justice, and Labour Justice. He has previous experience in social and economic inequalities, fiscal justice, gender justice, advocacy, and governance.
Over more than a decade, he has worked to push for fiscal and economic justice in México and Latin America, from a human rights and inequalities perspective.
