Blake Zhong is a research assistant in the Prevention, Peacebuilding, and Protracted Crises program at the Center on International Cooperation (CIC) at New York University.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Global Affairs at NYU, with a focus on Global Economics and a specialization in United Nations affairs and Data Analysis. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in international politics.
He brings a wealth of experience from various sectors. Before joining NYU, he contributed to the International Data Policy Committee (IDPC), served in local government in China, and worked in the Department of Government Relations at Anker Innovations Inc. His professional background includes coordinating communications, managing partnerships, and facilitating negotiations across private sectors, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.
A passionate advocate for the UN’s mission and values, he is committed to fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders and believes such partnerships are crucial for achieving collective goals and advancing efforts to create a more just and peaceful world.
