Camille Bayet is a Visiting Scholar with the NYU Center on International Cooperation. Camille is a PhD student in political science with a specialization in international relations, and currently a Fulbright Scholar.
Affiliated to the University Paris-Panthéon-Assas' Center Thucydide (Research center in international relations), Camille is conducting a PhD dissertation on legitimation process and UN peace operations. This research is situated at the crossroad of peace studies and sociology of international organizations. She teaches international relations in a political science program in France.
She is also interested in the gender approach of security and peace studies and was the Secretary General of the Women in International Security Association—French chapter. Camille was awarded a scholarship from Fulbright Program and from the Walter Zellidja foundation (Académie française).
Camille holds a Master’s degree in international relations from the University Paris-Panthéon-Assas and a Bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po Grenoble.
