Léah Guyot

Program Associate

Léah Guyot is a Program Associate at CIC with the Pathfinders for Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies team, where she primarily supports the justice team.

Prior to joining CIC, Léah was a research consultant whose work focused on security and development issues in the Sahel. She has experience in the disarmament, security and humanitarian fields and extensive knowledge of the UN system, specifically the SDGs and SDG16+. Léah has previously worked for international NGOs, UN agencies, and policy think tanks, publishing research pertaining to displacement and international justice issues. Through her work, she has had the chance to witness and understand the importance of people-centered processes and wants to apply her knowledge and skills to improve access to justice for the most vulnerable groups of people.

Léah holds a Master’s degree in international affairs from The New School, with a double specialization in conflict and security and governance and rights, and a minor in migration studies. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Cass Business School. Léah is from France and has been living in New York since 2019.
